We had been navigating the IEP process for a few years, but I still felt like something was missing. I knew my son wasn\u2019t getting everything he needed, but I didn\u2019t know what to do next.\n\nReaching out to Katie was one of the best decisions I made. She went through all of my son\u2019s evaluations, report cards, and IEP with me. She explained everything in a way that actually made sense and pointed out things I never would have known on my own. She helped me understand what questions to ask and what supports my son should be getting.\n\nShe also connected me with an amazing advocate who attended our school meetings with us while Katie continued to help behind the scenes. I told Katie she\u2019s one of the only people he doesn\u2019t complain about seeing, which is the highest compliment I can give. He came to her with a huge gap in reading and spelling that was really tough to manage on our own.\nKatie stays calm and cool even when he\u2019s literally bouncing off the walls, and she tailors every lesson to fit him perfectly.
